Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship all our products using Schweizerische Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the Schweizerische Post website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Returns and Refunds

As stated in our Return Policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, we will not issue a refund.
